Developing Outstanding Policy, Provision and Practice for SEND.
Professionals
At Inspire 321 we are passionate about providing an exceptional service, so that children and young people with SEND can achieve their full potential, overcoming any barriers they may face and achieve successful outcomes.
We work closely with schools, academies, alternative provisions, local authorities and children's services to meet the needs of children and young people.
Our aim is to reduce school exclusions and improve the attendance, behaviour and engagement of those most vulnerable and at risk.
Inspire's SEND Consultancy drives outstanding policy, provision and practice into the heart of the school, making inclusion imperative rather than an add-on to mainstream provision. We support schools, academies and PRUs in providing the very best provision for children and young people with SEND, ensuring you are ready for a successful Ofsted. We assess all areas of SEND, we recommend and advise, we plan, we implement alongside your staff, embedding changes and training staff along the way; then we review. Whatever input you decide suits your provision, we provide a personalised and professional approach to the work we do.
Our school service includes:
> SEND Leadership & SENCo Consultancy to work with school leadership teams and the SENCo to set up systems, mentor staff and ensure the provision is meeting the needs of all SEND pupils.
> Specialist SEMH Consultant to advise and lead on whole school SEMH provision.
> Training for staff on key areas of SEND policy, provision and practice.
Schools, Academies & PRUs
We understand that Local Authorities are under immense pressure to ensure deadlines and targets are met to deliver outstanding services for families, young people and children. We will assist you so that all those involved with the child or young person feel satisfied you are doing what is required to meet their needs.
Our work includes:
> Specialist SEND tuition for children and young people out of school.
> Training for staff on key areas of SEND and Education processes.
> Attending professionals' meetings and tribunals as an independent SEND and Education Advisor.
Local Authorities
We have recognised that working in Social Care and Children's Services, there are gaps in the knowledge and understanding of the systems, and processes that take place in Education and for those pupils with SEND. We provide you with the expert knowledge and skills you need, offering recommendations and advice on your complex cases. We can attend professionals' meetings, working alongside your staff, to ensure the best possible provision and support for your children, young people and their carers.
Our work includes:
> Advising and providing recommendations on specific and complex cases.
> Training for staff on key areas of SEND and Education processes.
> Attending professionals' meetings as an independent advisor.
> Workshops for carers on key areas of SEND, Education processes and advisory panels.
> 1 to 1 SEMH Interventions for your children and young people.
Children's Services
'Inclusion should be at the heart of all we do, rather than an add on to our practice.'
